About Meredith

I am a lover of all things real estate... negotiating offers, touring houses, researching to death real estate stats and trends, investing personally in our market, and being brutally honest about a home's assets, potential, and red flags.
I have two adult children who, when school-aged, experienced every type of school possible... international (we lived in the UK for six years), Wake County base school (traditional and year round), Wake County magnet school, Raleigh private school, and Durham charter school. (Ask me about our experiences... I'm happy to share!)

I have two rescue dogs, am a community volunteer, and lifelong learner. I attended the University of Virginia as an undergrad and have masters degrees from Yale University and Bowie State University. I started my professional career in the non-profit world, then received my counseling degree and worked in psychotherapy, and now am doing what I'm passionate about... helping people navigate the exciting world of real estate. I am one of five Realtors in North Carolina specializing in divorce real estate.

I've lived in Raleigh for 16 years and absolutely love this area and take advantage of all it has to offer... parks, theatre, live music, outdoor hiking, and the wonderful food and craft beer scene. When I'm not busy showing homes, I like to work on my funky 1973 mid-century styled home, bike on the Greenway, play pickle ball, read non-fiction, and travel near and far.
